Locally owned, and tired of bad referrals

Texas Go2Guy is locally owned, here in Texas. It exists because every directory site turned into a pay-to-play wall. The best plumbers weren't the ones who ranked highest. They were the ones who showed up at 11pm when a pipe burst, charged what they quoted, and didn't talk down to anyone.

Go2Guy started as a list kept on a phone. Friends started texting before they hired anyone. Then friends of friends. The website came later, to keep track of who was already vouched for.

The whole site is still that list. The only difference: now it's public, owners pay a membership fee to be on it, and we don't take money to move anyone up the list. Period.
